What We Process
We process contacts, message content, and metadata to provide the Convoup service. This includes shared inbox, contact management, broadcasts, templates, chatbot, automation, and analytics features.
Data Ownership
You own your customer data. We process it to provide the Convoup service.
Subprocessors
Convoup relies on third-party subprocessors to deliver the service, including the WhatsApp Business Platform provided by Meta. A current list is available in our DPA or on request.
Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. We will also retain your information as necessary to comply with legal obligations.
Subprocessor list and hosting/data-residency facts must be confirmed by Legal/Security before publication.
