Convoup is built on the official WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API). Your use of WhatsApp is subject to Meta's Terms of Service and Business Policies.

2. Not a Meta Partner

Convoup is not endorsed by, affiliated with, or an official partner of Meta. We are an independent software vendor.

3. Meta Charges

WhatsApp conversations are charged separately by Meta, based on message category and country. These charges are billed by Meta, not Convoup.

4. Compliance

You are responsible for complying with all WhatsApp requirements, including opt-in requirements, template approval, and content policies.
