2. Description of Service
Convoup is a WhatsApp Business Platform CRM that provides shared team inbox, contact management, broadcast campaigns, template management, chatbot, automation workflows, conversation analytics, and API access.
3. WhatsApp Business Platform
The Service is built on the official WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API). Your use of the Service is subject to WhatsApp's Business Terms and Policies.
4. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and WhatsApp's Business Messaging Policy.
6. Meta Conversation Charges
Convoup pricing covers the platform only. WhatsApp conversations are charged separately by Meta, based on message category and country.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Convoup and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms.
9. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Convoup be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page.
